Hello,

I’m Emily. Currently, in Kansas City, and will be located in NYC as of 2027. I regularly travel to photograph weddings and visit the people I love. I feel alive in gatherings, new surroundings and people, making&viewing art, wedding-day energy.

Through 13 years of photographing weddings, it has become more and more clear that the nuanced interactions, the loved ones present, and the unforced connection of two people getting married is very personal and very beautiful.

Having soulful, photojournalistic photographs of your love , your people, your wedding, is a timeless treasure solely your own. I firmly believe creating those photos can be peaceful, spontaneous, and joyful. There can be so much pressure around this day, yet it is meant to be a celebration and sacred joy. I hold to that and am passionate about showing up as a friend and artist so you have freedom and can lean into all that your wedding holds!
